Our Motivation

Our motivation is to celebrate and develop the careers of the underrepresented, those who are interested in achieving or exceeding their goals.

The BDPN community of Black professionals, accompanied and supported by individuals and business partnerships who wish to increase and support Black careers in tech.

Why We Stand Tall

Why did we launch the BDPN?

Because we believe that black data professionals should never be held back if the time and effort has been implemented to hone and perfect their craft, collectively we're tired of hearing stories of wasted potential and overlooked brilliance.

We're here to tell you not just that it’s time for a shift but we’re taking action specifically for black data professionals.

What our members say about us

I'm very much interested in what the BDPN has to offer.

Great idea, I must say, coming up with a platform to empower fellow black data professionals. I will surely make the most of this opportunity.
